2021 Malbec

Malbec is a NEW grape varietal for the winery, but it is going to probably become a permanent addition. Since Malbec is the grape of South America, the Bullvino’s Brazilian Steakhouse restaurant locations have partnered with me to produce their House Malbec going forward. This wine is bold, dark as ink, full bodied and has nice tannins, but also a lot of fruit. Thgis wine was designed to paid specifically with grilled meats. 13.9% A.b.v
