Wine-Specific Conditions
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Fowler Wine LLC, and/or Robert Fowler, WI License holder. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Fowler Wine LLC are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Special COVID19 considerations
Fowler Wine LLC complies with all applicable COVID19 special health rules and orders, including in the handling and manufacture of product. As of 5/13/2020, there are no such restrictions regarding mandating our winery not be open. During appointments and tours, guests will be asked to use good distancing protocols.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, as of May 19, 2021 to: Wisconsin, Minnesota, Florida and the District of Columbia only. This is anticipated to change to include more states soon, and this list will be updated. If Fowler Wine LLC is unable to ship directly to your state, we can possibly arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Fowler Wine LLC.
Non-Compliant Orders will be Refunded
If a customer places an order to a state that Fowler Wine LLC cannot legally ship to, or the order exceeds lawful requirements of the recipient state, and the system does not catch the error, Fowler Wine LLC will manually refund your order and it will not ship.
Likewise, if an order does not meet the minimum purchase requirements for shipping orders, such as our Adventure Series pouches, we will contact you and your order may be manually refunded by Fowler WIne LLC and it may not ship.
It is illegal for Fowler Wine LLC to transport alcohol across state lines improperly. So please do not even ask.
Shipping Costs
UPS is the carrier of choice (common carrier). Ground shipping is provided by UPS at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects UPS as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Fowler Wine LLC takes care to store wine at proper temperature and condictions in the winery. Fowler Wine LLC in order to minimize the risk of wine sitting in a warehouse or truck over a weekend, Fowler Wine LLC's preferred shipment dates is Mondays only for the wine's protection. Fowler Wine LLC is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. We will hold wine shipments at reasonable customer request, email robert@fowlerwine.com. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
