2021 LaCrescent

The 2021 growing season was excellent and allowed our wine to have lower acidity than typical LaCrescent vintages. In addition, this wine is 75% LaCrescent blended with 20% Pinot Gris and 5% Viognier, adding complexity and depth. It has the unmistakable LaCrescent aromas of basil/sage, garden aroma with tropical citrus. With 10g/l residual sugar, it is on the edge of sweet and dry.
